This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services from Anita Clinton Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Front Stage, Back End (“FSBE”). It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Back End Content

Your first month. Your first month’s payment covers your Brand Blueprint and onboarding.

• If you cancel before work on your Brand Blueprint begins, your first payment is refunded in full, minus any payment processing fees.
• Once work on your Brand Blueprint has begun, your first month’s payment is non-refundable.

Canceling your plan. Back End Content is month to month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Your service and billing continue through the notice period, and you receive all content scheduled during that time.

Monthly payments. Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a month.

Changing tiers. You may upgrade at any time; the new tier takes effect at your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date after 30 days’ notice.

Brand Development

• If you cancel before work begins, your payment is refunded in full, minus any payment processing fees.
• Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. You receive all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Projects paused by the client for more than 30 days without communication may be closed. Restarting a closed project may require a new agreement.

Back End Systems

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Delivery pauses until your account is current. Accounts that remain unpaid for 14 days may be canceled.

What You Keep

When your service ends, you keep all deliverables you have paid for, including your Brand Blueprint, content, graphics and any lead magnet created for you. On request within 30 days of your final service date, we will send your files to you within 14 days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by email. Filing a chargeback for services already delivered may result in the immediate end of service.
