Back End Social bills differently than most services, so this policy is written plainly. You pay a one-time setup fee on the day you sign. Your Brand Blueprint and systems are built over the following 30 days. Your monthly plan begins on day 31 and continues month to month.

THE SETUP FEE

The setup fee covers the Brand Blueprint build, your account setup, your lead magnet and its delivery funnel, and the email sequence behind it. That work is front-loaded and specific to you.

Before the build begins: the setup fee is refundable in full. The build begins when work starts on your Brand Blueprint, which is normally within one business day of receiving your completed questionnaire.

Once the build has begun: the setup fee is non-refundable, because the work has been performed.

CANCELING DURING THE 30-DAY BUILD

You may cancel at any time during the build.

You owe the setup fee and nothing else. No monthly charge is made and your day 31 billing does not begin.

You keep your Brand Blueprint and every asset completed to that point. They are yours, delivered to you on request.

CANCELING THE MONTHLY PLAN

There is no minimum term. After the initial 30-day build, your plan runs month to month.

Notice: 30 days written notice, sent to anitac@anitaclinton.com. Notice by email is sufficient; nothing formal is required.

What happens during those 30 days: your service continues and your content keeps publishing through the end of your paid period. You are not paying for silence.

Refunds on monthly payments: monthly fees are not refunded for a period already begun. Content for that period is created and scheduled in advance, so the work exists before the month does.

PAUSING INSTEAD OF CANCELING

If your business is seasonal, or a stretch of the year takes you out of the market, pause rather than cancel.

One pause per 12 months, up to 60 days, requested at least 14 days in advance. Billing stops for the pause period. Your Brand Blueprint, your account, and your systems stay in place, and your setup fee does not repeat when you return.

WHAT YOU KEEP WHEN THE ENGAGEMENT ENDS

Plainly, because this question deserves a straight answer.

Yours, and delivered on request within 14 days of your final day:

• Your Brand Blueprint, in full
• All content created for you, published and unpublished
• Your lead magnet and its written email sequence
• Your contact list, exported in a standard file format
• Your own social accounts, which were always yours and to which access is removed on our side

What closes: your GoHighLevel sub-account, 30 days after your final day. Request your export before then. If you want to continue on your own platform, we will help you move it.

What does not transfer: proprietary templates, prompt libraries, and internal production systems used to create the work. The output is yours. The factory is not.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we will contact you and retry. Service continues for 10 days. If payment is not resolved by then, publishing pauses until it is. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost during that window.

HOW TO CANCEL OR PAUSE

Email us at info[@]anitaclinton.com. You will receive written confirmation with your final service date and, if you request it, your export. If a system is not working for you, tell me before you cancel; most of the time it is fixable.
