Privacy Policy
Effective August 11, 2026
This policy explains what information Anita Clinton Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit anitaclinton.com, complete a form or assessment, purchase Back End Social, join our referral program, or otherwise work with us, and what we do with it. It is written to be understood on the first read.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business name, mailing address, and business information. If you complete the Brand Blueprint questionnaire, this includes your mission, audience, offers, goals, brand assets, and a writing sample you provide. If you complete a free diagnostic such as the Back End Health Check, this includes your responses.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details directly. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive the transaction amount, date, last four digits, card brand, and payment status.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and time on site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others. If a referral partner introduces you, we receive your name and contact details from them. If you connect social accounts for us to manage, we receive the access those platforms grant.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the services you purchased, including creating and scheduling content built from your Brand Blueprint.
- To communicate with you about your account, your build, your billing, and your service.
- To process payments, issue receipts, and administer refunds.
- To deliver free resources you request and to send marketing email you have consented to receive.
- To operate our referral program, including attributing referrals and paying commissions.
- To improve our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers who need it to operate our business, and only for that purpose. These currently include:
- HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel), our customer relationship and automation platform, where contact records, questionnaire responses, and communications are stored.
- Stripe, Inc., our payment processor.
- Email and scheduling providers used to send communications and manage bookings.
- Content production and AI tools used to draft, adapt, and generate content and media.
- Podcast and social publishing platforms, where we publish content on your behalf.
- Our accountant, attorney, and any contractor or virtual assistant who works on your account under a confidentiality obligation.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with the sale or transfer of our business. If ownership changes, you will be notified.
4. Artificial Intelligence in Content Production
We use AI tools to produce content. Your Brand Blueprint and the business information you provide are used as inputs so that content sounds like you. Every piece is reviewed by a person before publication.
We take reasonable steps to configure our AI tools so that client information is not used to train public AI models, including selecting business or enterprise settings where those are offered. We cannot control the internal practices of every third-party provider, and we will not represent otherwise. Do not include information in your questionnaire that you would not be comfortable having handled by a third-party software provider. Trade secrets, client lists, financial account details, credentials, and other people’s personal information should be kept out.
5. Likeness, Voice, and Biometric Information
We do not collect biometric identifiers. We do not collect, capture, store, or use face geometry, voiceprints, or other biometric identifiers or biometric information as those terms are defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, 740 ILCS 14. |
AI-generated likeness and voice are used for Anita Clinton only, from source material she owns. We do not create an AI likeness or voice clone of a client or of any third party. If a service involving your likeness or voice is ever offered in the future, it will require your separate written consent before any such information is collected, and that consent will state the purpose and the retention period.
Photographs and video you provide for use in your content are used only to produce and publish that content.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. We also use a referral attribution cookie: when someone arrives through a referral partner’s link, a cookie records that partner for 90 days so commissions are credited correctly. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not function as intended.
7. Email and Text Messages
We send email to people who request a resource, purchase a service, or otherwise consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored promptly. Service messages about your account, your build, and your billing are sent regardless of marketing preferences, because they are necessary to deliver what you purchased.
We send text messages only to people who have consented to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
8. How Long We Keep It
Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement. After an engagement ends, your GoHighLevel sub-account closes 30 days after your final service date, and your data is exported to you on request before then. Records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes are retained as long as the law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
9. Security
We use the security controls provided by our platforms, including access controls and encryption in transit, and we limit access to client data to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, 815 ILCS 530, and any other applicable law.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Provide a copy of it in a portable format.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
- Stop sending marketing email or text messages.
Send requests to anitac@anitaclinton.com. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy statutes may have additional rights under those laws; we extend the rights above to everyone rather than distinguishing by residence.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Sites
Our site and content link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
